These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member", "Player", or "User") and SMB88 (hereinafter referred to as "smb88", "we", "us", or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the smb88 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, software, and services accessible at https://smb88.cam and any subdomain thereof.

By registering an account, accessing the smb88 platform, placing any bet, or using any service offered through smb88, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the smb88 platform.

smb88 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform under international licensing and reserves the right to refuse access to any person whose use of the platform would violate applicable laws or these Terms. Malaysian users access smb88 at their own discretion and are individually responsible for compliance with their local legal obligations.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the smb88 platform, through which the User accesses betting and gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held within a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or any other non-cashable incentive credited to a Member's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Company" means SMB88 and its affiliated entities responsible for operating the smb88 platform.
• "Deposit" means a payment of real money made by a Member into their smb88 Account via any of the supported payment channels.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Member may complete a withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the smb88 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all software, tools, and features accessible therein.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the smb88 Platform is illegal, restricted, or not permitted under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of real-money funds from a Member's Account Balance to the Member's verified payment method.

To register and maintain a valid smb88 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. smb88 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement for all gaming and betting activities, in line with internationally recognised standards for licensed online gambling operations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system) acting in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You must have full legal capacity under the laws applicable to your location to enter into a binding agreement with smb88.

• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or voluntary self-exclusion arrangement that restricts your participation in gambling activities.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of smb88 or its affiliates.

smb88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

Registration on smb88 is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one (1) Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is expressly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Account Balance held therein.

4.1 Registration Requirements

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other information reasonably requested by smb88 for account setup or KYC purposes. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. smb88 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact smb88 Customer Support immediately at [email protected].

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

smb88 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal. The KYC process may require submission of a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Documents submitted must be valid, legible, and current. smb88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at its discretion.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

smb88 supports the following payment channels for Malaysian Members: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). smb88 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit amount: RM30,000 per transaction (subject to individual payment channel limits).
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited within seconds.
• Deposits via FPX and online banking channels are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes.
• smb88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• smb88 accepts only funds that are lawfully obtained. Any deposit identified as proceeds of criminal activity will be frozen pending investigation and referral to relevant authorities.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for the Member's most recent deposit, or an alternative verified channel where the original is unavailable.
• Processing time for approved withdrawal requests is typically 5 to 15 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet channels, and up to 1 business day for bank transfer channels.
• Any Account Balance derived from bonuses that has not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal.
• smb88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or Accounts with unusual activity patterns.

smb88 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free credits, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Promotional offers are available only to Members whose Accounts are in good standing and who have completed the minimum deposit requirement specified in the offer.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled entirely before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• smb88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already accepted by eligible Members.
• Bonus Funds that have not been used within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire and be removed from the Member's Account automatically.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, systematic bet-hedging, or other forms of bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, recovery of any associated winnings, and potential Account termination.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the smb88 Platform. Game-specific rules, where applicable, are displayed within the relevant game interface or product section.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed through smb88 are subject to acceptance by the Company. smb88 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where a bet is placed on erroneous odds, after the official start of an event, or where smb88 has reason to believe the bet was placed using insider information or in bad faith.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within the relevant betting market or game interface. These limits may vary by product, market, event type, and individual Account. smb88 may adjust stake limits on any Account at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Odds and Prices

All odds and prices offered by smb88 are determined at the Company's discretion and may change at any time prior to bet placement. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed by the system are the odds that will apply to that bet. smb88 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds, and any bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at the Company's discretion.

7.4 Void and Cancelled Bets

A bet may be declared void where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond the window specified in the applicable sports rules, or where smb88 determines that void rules apply under the relevant market conditions. Void bets will be returned to the Member's Account Balance at stake value.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the smb88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and bonuses, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating betting activity with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in multi-player games or tournaments.
• Cheating and Fraud: Using any software, device, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using third-party payment methods, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with legitimate gameplay.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider for funds that were validly deposited and used on smb88.
• Money Laundering: Using smb88 to place, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity. smb88 applies anti-money laundering monitoring to all Account activity.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing offsetting bets across smb88 and other operators to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, commonly known as "arbing".
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another Member's Account, or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets without genuine human instruction.

smb88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity — not a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or coping with personal stress.

smb88 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure reminders that alert them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: A temporary break from the Platform, ranging from 24 hours to 90 days, can be activated by any Member at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe they have a problem with gambling may request permanent self-exclusion from smb88. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content on the smb88 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, user interface layouts, graphics, logos, text, software, source code, trade names, and game content — is owned by or licensed to SMB88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the smb88 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the smb88 Platform without prior written consent from smb88.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on smb88 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any smb88 software.
• Use any smb88 branding, trade names, or logos for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of smb88's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, smb88 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the smb88 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures;
• Losses arising from delayed or failed deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment processing issues;
• Losses resulting from reliance on odds, statistics, or other information displayed on the Platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where smb88 was not at fault.

smb88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your smb88 Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Termination by smb88

smb88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Member has violated any provision of these Terms;
• smb88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Continuation of the Account would expose smb88 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• The Member's jurisdiction has become a Prohibited Territory.

12.2 Termination by Member

You may close your smb88 Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with their current status, and any Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds will be forfeited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which smb88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with smb88 Customer Support shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section shall limit your rights as a consumer under any mandatory applicable laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

smb88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, smb88 will notify active Members via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the smb88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact Support to arrange closure of your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. smb88 accepts no liability for any Member's failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.
